Claudia Probart is director of the International Program in Nutrition
(IPN) and associate professor of nutrition at Penn
State. This summer, Probart is teaching courses in international
nutrition and the Mediterranean diet at the Sede di Roma, Penn State's
campus in Rome. During her sabbatical last year, Probart worked with the
Food and Agriculture Organization of the

Romolo Martemucci, associate professor of architecture, directs
Penn State's architecture program in Rome. This summer, Martemucci
is teaching a course on Italian architecture to the International
Program in Nutrition students. He is also leading a summer architecture
program for students from several universities across the United States.
